This delivery terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through www.ryans.tr and any authorized marketplace platforms operated by Ryans Teknoloji Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (“Ryans”).
By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the terms set forth below.
• Orders enter processing only after successful payment authorization and verification. Ryans reserves the right to cancel or suspend orders in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or technical errors.
• Products that are in stock are delivered to the contracted cargo carrier within 1–3 business days unless a different preparation period is stated on the relevant product page.
• Products supplied through pre-order, special procurement, or external supplier sourcing may require extended delivery times. Estimated dispatch times are indicated on the product page and are binding unless affected by force majeure.
• Delivery is made within the borders of the Republic of Türkiye unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. International deliveries, where available, may be subject to additional shipping charges, customs procedures, and local regulations, which are the responsibility of the Customer.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the operational performance of the cargo carrier. Ryans shall not be held liable for delays arising from the carrier after the product has been duly handed over for shipment.
• Shipping costs, if applicable, are clearly displayed to the Customer during checkout prior to order confirmation.
• Campaign-based free shipping offers are subject to the conditions announced at the time of purchase and may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon physical delivery of the product to the Customer or to a third party designated by the Customer.
• The Customer is obligated to inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged, opened, torn, or otherwise compromised, the Customer must refuse delivery and request the cargo officer to prepare an official damage report (tutanak).
• Failure to document visible damage at the time of delivery may result in the claim being rejected by the cargo carrier. Ryans shall not be liable for damages not formally recorded at delivery.
• Any hidden damage discovered after delivery must be reported to Ryans in writing within 24 hours of receipt, together with supporting photographs and documentation.
• Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer during checkout. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the delivery information.
• In cases where delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, absence at the address, or failure to collect the shipment from the carrier branch within the legally determined holding period, the order may be returned to Ryans. Any additional shipping costs arising from re-shipment may be charged to the Customer.
• If delivery becomes impossible due to force majeure events beyond Ryans’ reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, transportation disruptions, infrastructure failures, or governmental restrictions Ryans shall not be held liable for delayed or non-delivery. In such cases, the Customer will be informed without undue delay.
• These Shipping & Delivery terms form an integral part of Ryans’ Distance Sales Agreement, Terms & Conditions, and Return & Refund Policy. In case of conflict, mandatory provisions of Turkish consumer protection legislation shall prevail.
• By completing the order process, the Customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this Shipping & Delivery Policy.
İşbu Kargo ve Teslimat Politikası, www.ryans.tr internet sitesi ve Ryans Teknoloji Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (“Ryans”) tarafından işletilen yetkili pazaryeri platformları üzerinden verilen tüm siparişler için geçerlidir.
Müşteri, sipariş oluşturmakla aşağıda belirtilen şartları kabul etmiş sayılır.
• Siparişler, ödemenin başarıyla alınması ve gerekli güvenlik doğrulamalarının tamamlanmasının ardından işleme alınır. Ryans, şüpheli işlem, teknik hata veya yetkisiz kullanım tespiti halinde siparişi askıya alma veya iptal etme hakkını saklı tutar.
• Stokta bulunan ürünler, aksi ürün sayfasında belirtilmedikçe 1–3 iş günü içerisinde anlaşmalı kargo firmasına teslim edilir.
• Ön sipariş, özel tedarik veya dış kaynaklı temin edilen ürünlerde sevkiyat süresi ürün sayfasında belirtilen tahmini süreye tabidir. Bu süreler, mücbir sebepler saklı kalmak kaydıyla geçerlidir.
• Teslimatlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti sınırları içerisinde gerçekleştirilir. Yurt dışı gönderimler ayrıca değerlendirilir ve ek kargo ücreti, gümrük işlemleri ve yerel mevzuat gereklilikleri Müşteri sorumluluğundadır.
• Belirtilen teslim süreleri tahmini olup, ürünün kargo firmasına teslim edilmesinden sonra oluşabilecek gecikmelerden Ryans sorumlu tutulamaz.
• Kargo ücreti, varsa, sipariş onayından önce ödeme ekranında Müşteri’ye açıkça bildirilir.
• Kampanya kapsamında sunulan ücretsiz kargo uygulamaları, ilgili kampanya şartlarına tabidir ve Ryans tarafından değiştirilebilir veya sonlandırılabilir.
• Ürünün teslimi ile birlikte hasar ve ziya riski Müşteri’ye veya Müşteri’nin belirlediği üçüncü kişiye geçer.
• Müşteri, teslimat sırasında kargo paketini kontrol etmekle yükümlüdür. Hasarlı, açılmış, yırtılmış veya ezilmiş paketler teslim alınmamalı ve kargo görevlisine resmi hasar tespit tutanağı düzenlettirilmelidir.
• Teslim anında tutanak altına alınmayan hasarlar nedeniyle kargo firması tarafından kabul edilmeyen taleplerden Ryans sorumlu değildir.
• Teslim sonrası fark edilen gizli hasarlar, en geç 24 saat içinde yazılı olarak ve görsel belgelerle birlikte Ryans’a bildirilmelidir.
• Teslimat, Müşteri tarafından sipariş sırasında bildirilen adrese yapılır. Adres bilgilerinin eksik veya hatalı bildirilmesinden doğabilecek gecikme ve ek masraflardan Müşteri sorumludur.
• Adreste bulunamama veya kargo şubesinden yasal bekleme süresi içerisinde teslim alınmama durumunda sipariş Ryans’a iade edilebilir. Yeniden gönderimden doğabilecek ek kargo ücretleri Müşteri’ye yansıtılabilir.
• Doğal afet, savaş, terör, grev, pandemi, ulaşım ve altyapı sorunları, resmi makam kararları ve benzeri Ryans’ın kontrolü dışında gelişen mücbir sebepler halinde teslimatın gecikmesi veya gerçekleşmemesinden Ryans sorumlu tutulamaz. Bu durumda Müşteri makul süre içinde bilgilendirilir.
• İşbu politika, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği hükümleri saklı kalmak kaydıyla uygulanır. Zorunlu yasal düzenlemeler önceliklidir.
• Siparişin tamamlanması ile birlikte Müşteri, işbu Kargo ve Teslimat Politikası’nı okuduğunu, anladığını ve kabul ettiğini beyan eder.
